By registering for or using ANAKO AI, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the platform’s risk disclosures. The services are available only to users aged 18 or older.

2. Nature of the Services
ANAKO AI provides market analysis tools, trading signals, simulators, trading robots, and trade-management features. All information and signals are provided for analytical and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice or a guarantee of profit.

3. Trading Risk
Trading cryptocurrencies, gold, and other financial instruments involves a high risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no signal, analysis, or algorithm can ensure success. Users remain solely responsible for their decisions, position sizes, leverage, and potential losses.

4. Account Security
Users are responsible for protecting their usernames, passwords, API keys, and account information. When connecting an exchange account, users should enable trading permission only and keep withdrawal permission disabled. Activity performed through an account is considered authorized unless valid unauthorized access is reported.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
The price, duration, and features of each plan are displayed before payment. Subscription renewal will occur only according to the option selected by the user. ANAKO AI is not responsible for trading losses, liquidation, slippage, internet outages, exchange or broker disruptions, delayed market data, user errors, or events beyond the platform’s control. Services may occasionally be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or technical repairs.

9. Account Suspension
ANAKO AI may restrict access or suspend accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, security violations, unauthorized sharing, attempts to access restricted areas, or violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, security requirements, or applicable laws. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
